Enrollment Coordinator

Location: Remote / Worldwide (Global)

Duration: Full-time

Start Date: July - September 2026

The Role

Combine your customer service excellence with a passion for international education as an Enrollment Coordinator, where you will drive student recruitment through consultations, interviews, and hitting ambitious sales targets. Reporting to the Enrollment Team Manager, you will also provide critical administrative B2B support by managing CRM data, updating university tracking sheets, and creating tailored account materials.

Student-facing Responsibilities:

● Provide application advice by telephone and via email

● Review and approve student applications for our programs

● Coordinate and perform admissions interviews

● Prepare acceptance and rejection letters for reviewed applicants

● Give presentations to potential students online and offline

● Embrace ambitious sales targets and see them as an opportunity to contribute to the overall goals

● Attend webinars and career fairs- both virtually and in-person

● CRM Data Management

B2B Support Responsibilities

Outside of interview high season, each Enrollment Coordinator will support the assigned Account Manager(s) with any administrative B2B tasks as requested by the Account Manager, including but not limited to:

● Ensure all deals are up to date and tracking properly

● Create personalized materials for high-touch accounts, including university platforms, requirements for enrollment, and keep updated with any changes

● Design and manage tailored partner surveys to gather critical data on deadlines, regional restrictions, and insurance requirements, ensuring a seamless and personalized service delivery.

● Keep the Key Account sheet up-to-date based on new information from universities

● Update university tracking sheets

● Gather relevant materials for university proposals

● Prepare case studies for potential and existing accounts

● Prepare detailed insight reports for universities

● Support in putting together post-conference follow-up materials and information

● Compile common questions into market-specific FAQs

Who You Are

  • Communicator: 2–3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree and excellent verbal/written skills.

  • Adaptable: A "can-do" attitude, creative problem-solver, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

  • Organized: Detail-oriented with strong time management and CRM experience.

  • Passionate: Enthusiastic about travel, intercultural exchange, and helping students discover the world.

Ideal Qualities and Experience

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a passionate team player, good under pressure, and fast on their feet.

  • 2-3 years of work experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Recruitment, Business Development, Admissions, or Consultative Sales.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity, outgoing personality, and comfortable with high-volume engagement.

  • Passion for travel and intercultural experiences.

  • Outgoing and comfortable speaking with high volumes of people throughout the day.

  • Strong communicator with excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Languages: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is highly desirable to support our diverse student base and international accounts.

  • Able and eager to wear many hats and collaborate with a small (but mighty!) team.
