International Program Coordinator
Position: International Program Coordinator (Full-time Internship)
Dates: May 6 – August 27, 2026
Locations: Initial training in Barcelona, followed by on-site coordination in cities like Bangkok, London, Seoul, Tokyo, Paris, or Madrid.
Compensation: Monthly stipend, paid public transportation, and housing opportunities.
The internship is split into two phases:
Phase 1: Training & Planning (Barcelona)
Conduct market research and book program activities.
Manage student documentation and pre-arrival logistics.
Liaise with students via phone and email to prepare them for their arrival.
Phase 2: On-Site Coordination (Host City)
Logistics: Manage events and program budgets.
Student Support: Act as a resident advisor, role model, and Health & Safety contact.
Marketing: Create social media content (photos/videos) and promote the brand.
Background: Must have previous study or intern abroad experience. Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Skills: Resourceful, tech-savvy, and highly organized with a "growth mindset."
Languages: Fluency in English plus proficiency in one of the following: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
Traits: Ability to work under pressure, professional business communication, and deep familiarity with the assigned host city.
Through this role, you will develop expertise in international market operations and customer service while gaining hands-on experience in cross-cultural problem solving and building a professional network across various global industries.
