On-site Program Contractor

Role: On-site Program Contractor (Project-Based Contract)

Contract Period: May 6 – August 27, 2026

Locations: Includes an initial training in Barcelona, followed by on-site project management in cities such as Bangkok, London, Seoul, Tokyo, Paris, or Madrid.

Compensation: Fixed project fee (paid monthly), travel/transportation reimbursement, and provided housing for the duration of the contract if necessary.

Project Scope & Deliverables

The contractor will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of program logistics including but not limited to

Planning & Operational Logistics

  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and secure bookings for program activities and venues.

  • Compliance: Audit and manage student documentation and pre-arrival logistics.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for participants to ensure pre-departure readiness.

On-Site Execution & Management (Host City)

  • Logistics & Finance: Oversight of on-the-ground event execution and daily program budget management.

  • Participant Relations: Act as the primary on-site advisor, managing participant wellbeing and serving as the 24/7 Health & Safety lead.

  • Brand Advocacy: Execute a localized content strategy, producing high-quality social media assets to document program success.

Contractor Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: Must have extensive experience living or working abroad. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (International Business, Logistics, or Education) is preferred.

  • Professional Skills: Self-directed and resourceful with a "fixer" mentality. High proficiency in project management software and professional business communication.

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following is required: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Polish, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, or Mandarin.

  • Local Knowledge: A deep, "local-level" familiarity with the assigned host city’s infrastructure and culture is essential.
